I'm moving this weekend. I'm moving this weekend. It's only two blocks from where I am now, but wow. Saying it outloud makes it sound more surreal. I'm still not completely packed. That makes me nervous. I'm procrastinating moving into a better place. Go figure. My artwork is going to be the hardest to move. I think I'll have to do that first thing after signing the lease on Saturday. Wow. I'm signing a lease on Saturday. This is so great. I'm so excited and shocked at once. My own place, legally. My one bedroom apartment downtown in the city. Saying that makes me smile. I have so much to give thanks for, and this is one of them.

I am going to miss watching the pigeons on the rooftop from my window though, I'm sure they'll miss me, too. ;)
